1. Company Role & Service Model

Lue’s Management LLC is a Property Coordination Agency, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We coordinate services and schedule independent contractors on behalf of property owners. We are not responsible for their actions or performance. Our Second Chance Program is a housing placement and advocacy service — not a loan or credit service.

2. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• Viewing Pass ($5): Grants access to our private showing schedule. Non-refundable.
• Service Deposits: Non-refundable after we start coordination (e.g., dispatch contractors or start screening).
• Application Fees: Cover credit/background checks. Non-refundable.
• Rent Payments: Subject to your Lease Agreement. Returned payment fees (NSF) are the tenant's responsibility.

3. Portal Access & Security

You are responsible for your login credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account if your information is not kept secure.

4. Second Chance Program Disclaimer

This program does not guarantee housing. Final decisions are made by the property owner after screening.

5. Contractor Disclaimer

We coordinate cleaning, lawn, and maintenance services through independent contractors. We are not responsible for their work or actions.

6. Website Use

Do not use our website for harmful or illegal activity. All site content is owned by Lue’s Management LLC and may not be copied or misused.

7. Fair Housing

We comply with federal and Maryland Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, family status, or national origin.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect personal information to provide our services. We do not sell your data. We share it only when needed (e.g., background checks, property owners, or vendors). By using our site or forms, you consent to receive emails, calls, or SMS messages. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.
