How do I schedule a viewing for a property?
We prioritize safety and efficiency for both our prospective tenants and our team. To view a home, you must purchase a $5.00 VIP Property Viewing Pass through our "Book a Viewing" page.
Why the fee? This ensures that we are dedicating our time to serious inquiries only and allows us to offer private, uncrowded tours rather than chaotic open houses. The fee is non-refundable.

Do you accept Housing Vouchers or "Second Chance" applicants?
Absolutely. At Lue’s Management, we believe everyone deserves a safe, dignified place to call home. We enthusiastically accept Housing Vouchers (Section 8) and have a dedicated Second Chance Program for applicants with credit challenges. We look at the whole picture—your income and rental history matter more to us than a simple credit score number.

What are your application requirements?
We value transparency. While specific requirements may vary slightly by property owner, our general standard includes:
Valid Government-Issued ID.
Proof of Income (Pay stubs, Voucher documentation, or SSI award letters).
A completed background and eviction history check.
Honesty: Our Second Chance program relies on you telling your story truthfully in the application.

How do I pay my rent?
We make it effortless! All rent payments are processed securely online through our Tenant Portal using Square. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or Cash App Pay. We do not accept cash or paper checks at property locations.

I am a Property Owner. How does your "Coordination Model" work?
Think of us as your boots-on-the-ground Operations Manager. Unlike traditional property managers who charge high overhead for in-house staff, we operate as a Coordination Hub. We vet and dispatch independent contractors (cleaners, landscapers, maintenance pros) and handle all tenant communication. You get the peace of mind of full management without the bloated fees.

How do I report a maintenance issue?
All non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted through the Tenant Portal. This ensures we have a paper trail and can dispatch the right contractor with the right tools. Simply log in, fill out the Maintenance Request form, and upload a photo of the issue. For life-threatening emergencies (fire, gas leak), please call 911 immediately.
