Welcome to Lue's Management, LLC ("Lue's Management," "We," "Us," or "Our"). We provide a platform that connects clients seeking cleaning, lawn care, and property management-related services (including Second Chance Rental Program and Tenant Placement) with independent professional contractors ("Contractors").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website or Services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and that you accept these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Our Role as a Service Aggregator
Lue's Management, LLC acts solely as an intermediary service. We facilitate the connection between clients and independent Contractors. We do not directly perform cleaning, lawn care, or other physical services. All services are performed by independent Contractors who are not employees, agents, or partners of Lue's Management, LLC.
We vet Contractors based on their experience, professionalism, and insurance status.
We coordinate scheduling, communication, and payment processing between clients and Contractors.
We do not control the methods, means, or manner by which Contractors perform their services.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client using Lue's Management's Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting services or applying for programs.
Ensure safe and clear access to your property for Contractors at the scheduled time.
Secure all pets, valuables, fragile items, and important documents before service.
Communicate any specific instructions or concerns directly to Lue's Management.
Make timely payments for services as outlined in your Quote and Payment Terms.
Treat Contractors with respect and professionalism.
5. Contractor Responsibilities
Independent Contractors engaged through Lue's Management, LLC agree to:
Perform services in a professional, competent, and workmanlike manner.
Provide their own equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation.
Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance coverage.
Adhere to the scope of work agreed upon for each job.
Communicate any issues, delays, or changes to Lue's Management promptly.
Detailed responsibilities are outlined in the separate Independent Contractor Agreement between Lue's Management and each Contractor.
6. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment Terms
All service pricing will be provided via a flat-rate Quote, based on the information you provide. The Quote, once accepted, forms part of your agreement for that specific service.
**Payment Due:** Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
**Accepted Methods:** We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal. Specific details will be provided on your invoice.
**Late Payments:** Late fees may apply for payments not received within 24 hours of service completion, as detailed in your Client Service Agreement.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must notify Lue's Management at least [e.g., 24 hours] in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling requests for cleaning or lawn care services. Cancellations with less than the required notice may incur a fee. Specific details are outlined in your Client Service Agreement.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Issue Resolution
Lue's Management strives for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work to resolve the issue, which may involve re-doing specific areas or offering a partial refund/credit, at our discretion. Our full Issue Resolution SOP guides this process.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Lue's Management, LLC acts solely as a referral and coordination service. While we vet our Contractors, we are not responsible for any direct damages, losses, or injuries caused by the actions or negligence of independent Contractors during the performance of services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
Lue's Management carries General Liability Insurance for its operations. Contractors are required to carry their own professional insurance. We strongly advise clients to secure their valuables and ensure a safe environment prior to any service.
We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client or unforeseen property conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lue's Management, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law
